Erica L. Ragsdale

Even before becoming an attorney, Erica developed a deep appreciation for the complexities and opportunities involved in family legacy planning. Motivated by her pre-law professional experience in both business and elder law—and inspired by personal experiences—she deliberately focused her legal studies and career on estate planning.
Erica enjoys helping clients explore their options and create customized estate plans that reflect their unique values and circumstances. Equally important, she guides clients through the practical steps needed to implement those plans effectively and with confidence.
Thriving in Three60’s collaborative environment, Erica brings an approachable, down-to-earth presence to situations that can often be emotionally charged. Known for her ability to break down complex matters into manageable parts, she is deeply committed to her clients and her practice—both intellectually and personally—and it shows in all she does.
Outside of her legal work, Erica is actively involved in local youth activities on the Eastside and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young daughter, especially exploring the outdoors and taking boat rides on Lake Washington.
